3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
A single person may not operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them along with any balances and bonuses held in them will be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All four methods listed above are accepted at 9coin.
4.2 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not yet complete. Funds will be sent to the same mobile banking number that was used for the deposit.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Verification
9coin strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional verification information may be requested.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
9coin offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳11,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined deposit and bonus amount).
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Winnings from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless specifically stated in the promotion's terms.
- 9coin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus promotion.
- Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.
VIP Program
9coin has five VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Users can gradually move up to higher tiers based on their activity and engagement. Cashback for each tier is credited automatically every Monday. 9coin reserves the right to modify the VIP benefit rules.
Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on 9coin are operated in accordance with fair play principles. The use of any automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Technical Errors
9coin reserves the right to cancel any erroneous payout caused by a technical issue. In such cases, the relevant game round will be re-evaluated and the correct amount will be determined.
7.3 Betting Limits
Specific limits apply to each game and betting method. These limits are displayed on the game page. Any attempt to exceed the limits will result in the transaction being rejected.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time. A request to withdraw any remaining balance must be made at the same time. If the wagering requirement has not been met before closure, the bonus will be forfeited.
11.2 Termination by the Platform
9coin may close a user's account immediately for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of the Terms.
- Registration with false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
